| 14 Day Return/Exchange Policy - Proof of purchase must accompany any return for replacement or exchange. Product must be in "like new" condition, must include the box, all accessories and owners manual. Phones being returned must have less than 60 minutes of total use on them and be less than 14 days old to receive full credit for exchange or refund. All returns are subject to inspection prior to exchange.
Rebates: Please note, if you remove the bar code label from the equipment box, the phone cannot be returned. Do not remove the bar code label to submit for rebate until after the return period is over.
Verizon Wireless Test Drive Program: For handset returns that meet the requirements of the Test Drive brochure, this Verizon Wireless agent/retailer will refund the purchase price of the handset if you return it and will not impose and equipment related charges, such as an early termination fee or cancellation fee. |
